ACHTUNG: Wenn du auf deinem Computer Office 365 vorinstalliert hast, logge dich dort aus und deinstalliere das Office 365 komplett. Sonst erhältst du die Aufforderung, das Programm nach Ablauf der Testversion zu abonnieren – du hast jedoch mit Office 2016/2019 Standard eine unlimitiert gültige Lizenz erworben (ohne Ablaufdatum)!
1. Du hast per E-Mail deinen Product Key und die entsprechenden Downloadlinks erhalten. Den Download kannst du in verschiedenen Sprachen (DE, FR, IT und EN) und entweder in der 32- oder 64-bit Version tätigen. Welche Version dein Gerät unterstützt, kannst du nachschauen unter «Einstellungen → System → Info» und dort wird der Systemtyp deines Gerätes angezeigt. Du kannst entweder direkt über einen von uns zugesendeten Link den Download starten oder auf unserer Webseite ins Dowloadcenter gehen. Dort kannst du ebenfalls die gewünschte Version herunterladen.
2. Wenn du über das Downloadcenter gehst, wählst du bei der Kategorie «Office 2016 oder Office 2019» und beim Produkt «Office 2019 Standard » und klickst danach auf den Button «Herunterladen».
3. Du wirst auf WeTransfer weitergeleitet, dort kannst du auf «Ich akzeptiere» klicken.
4. Klicke danach auf «Herunterladen», dieser Vorgang kann einige Minuten dauern.
5. Verschiebe die heruntergeladene Datei in einen leeren Ordner. Klicke mit der rechten Maustaste auf die heruntergeladene Datei (Hier siehe Foto: DE_OfficeStandard2019_VL_x64Bit\) und klicke danach auf «Hier entpacken». Entpacke die Datei. Falls du noch keine Software zum Entpacken installiert hast, wir nutzen dazu WinRAR.
6. So sollte es aussehen, wenn die Datei am entpacken ist.
7. Klicke mit der rechten Maustaste auf «Setup» und wähle «als Administrator ausführen», danach sollte der Installationsassistent beginnen.
Setup kann nicht ausgeführt werden:
Wenn dieser Schritt nicht funktionieren sollte, kannst du alternativ (anstelle von «Setup» → «Anwendung als Administrator ausführen») die Datei «start.cmd» ausführen. Danach kann die Meldung erscheinen, dass der Computer geschützt wurde. Da kannst du auf «Weitere Informationen» klicken und danach «Trotzdem installieren». Anschliessend sollte die Installation starten.
8. Die notwendigen Daten werden geladen. Danach schliesst sich das Fenster automatisch und der Installationsstatus ist einsehbar.
9. Gehe nach der Installation unten links ins Suchfeld und suche nach «Word». Starte die App, sobald die App gestartet wurde öffnet sich ein Fenster für die Produktaktivierung.
10. Sobald die Anwendung geöffnet wurde, erscheint das Fenster für die Eingabe des Produktschlüssels. Klicke in das Feld «Product Key ändern». Gib nun den von uns zur Verfügung gestellten Produktschlüssel ein und klicke anschliessend auf «Office aktivieren».
11. Falls das Fenster nicht automatisch erscheint, klicke oben links auf «Datei» und danach auf «Konto». Im gelben Feld siehst du dann «Aktivierung erforderlich» oder «Produkt Key ändern». Klicke das Feld an und gib den Lizenzschlüssel ein.
12. Es kann sein, dass Windows so voreingestellt ist, dass dieses zuerst noch bestätigt werden muss, dass Office Änderungen auf deinem Gerät vornehmen darf. Bestätige dies unten in der Taskleiste.
13. Es erfolgt eine kurze Ladezeit. Die Aktivierung des Programms wird durchgeführt.
14. Du erhältst eine Bestätigung für die erfolgreiche Aktivierung.
15. Aktiviere den Office-Lizenzvertrag, indem du «Zustimmen» anklickst.
