Do you also sell your products as CD or USB?

Currently, our products are available as ESD (Electronic Software Download) only. Plans for additional means of delivery such as CD/DVD and USB via post are underway.

Am I buying a subscription?

The vast majority of products we offer are not subscriptions. For those products that we do offer as yearly licenses you can chose the duration and number of devices from the dropdown menu.

What language will my product be in?

Our products are available in English, German, French and Italian. You can chose your preferred language when downloading/installing the software.

Can I reinstall my product on my new PC?

Our products are device-bound and can only be installed once on a PC. If you uninstall and reinstall, we cannot guarantee that the activation will be successful again.

On how many devices can I install my product?

Our product keys are only valid for one device at a time.

Do you offer telephone support?

Our infrastructure is not yet equipped for telephone support. You can reach us via our live chat or at hilfe@keyportal.uk.

Does the software have an expiry time?

Basically no, the licence keys unlock the software products for an unlimited time. If the key is uninstalled and reinstalled, we cannot guarantee that it will continue to work. A few products are based on an annual renewal, but these are clearly marked on the product page.

Why are you much cheaper than your competitors?

With the distribution of digital software products, we can dispense with storage, logistics and shipping costs. Our fully automated, self-built online shop generates almost no costs. Advantages that we pass on to our customers.

Is it legal software?

Of course! Our business model is legally valid. Only official distributors of the respective manufacturers supply us with the licence keys, which we subsequently resell to private or business customers.

Invoicing

You can choose by invoice as your payment method. These orders are processed manually, which is why it can take between 15 and 30 minutes for your key to be delivered (during office hours). At the latest, you receive your key the next morning. When paying directly, for example via credit card, you receive the key immediately after payment.

I ordered with “purchase on account” and have not yet received a key.

With “purchase on account”, the order is placed manually by our staff. Orders are usually dispatched within 30 minutes during office hours.

When will I receive the invoice?

The invoice is usually sent by e-mail within 24 hours.

What should I do if the key does not work?

Take a screenshot of the error message and send us your order number and the key that is not working at hilfe@keyportal.uk or directly in the live chat.

The licence keys will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after the order is placed. When purchasing on account, the order is checked manually and there may be a waiting time of a few minutes.

How and where do I download the software?

Immediately after confirming your order, you will receive the appropriate download link in the online shop. This will also be sent to you by e-mail together with the licence keys. You will also find the appropriate downloads in our download centre.

Installation aids

Setup cannot be executed

If this step does not work, you can alternatively (instead of “Setup –> Run application as administrator”) run the file “start.cmd”. Afterwards, a message appears that the computer has been protected. You can click on “More information” and then “Install anyway”. The installation should then start.
